OUR STORY
My husband and I have lived in the Childers area for 11 years. My interests include painting, sewing and gardening. We have travelled extensively overseas and throughout Australia, and enjoy meeting new people. We have four grown up children - two in Melbourne, one Sunshine Coast and one in Cairns. We live in the main property adjacent to the bed and breakfast wth our cat Charlie. We are available to help and advise about all the things to do in the area and look forward to welcoming you at Montrose.

“Tranquil, clean, quiet, beautiful surroundings, loved the little touches like pieces of buttered fruit cake all ready for when we arrived, aircon on prior to arrival, lots of choice for continental breakfast. Stayed overnight and would def recommend.”

Very lovely accommodation near Childers, very clean, comfortable and hosts were very friendly. Many native animals, wallabies, possums and birds. Continental bfast supplies were included and bbq is outside if needed”
